There has been surge of Border Patrol agents, other law enforcement agencies, and an increased military presence along the US-Mexican border. There’s a lot of fingers that are on triggers. Rock throwing and crowds surrounding armed officers attempting to enforce the law is a bad mix. However, this is not Iraq or Afghanistan where a 14-year-old child needs to be determined as a hostile with intent.
