I am proud of Ms. Rogers. Women, particularly black women have difficulties professionally. It is important that the bumps are overcome and when encountering difficulty handle the situation with extreme grace and dignity. If you do not know who Desiree Rogers is, she was President Obama’s social secretary who organized the state dinner that the Salahi’s crashed.
