When a person has paid their debt to society and has rehabilitated themselves they deserve to be able to get a job with a decent wage to take care of themselves and their family. The Barclay Deconstruction project is an innovative approach tackling multiple cultural issues simultaneously.  Imagine if this program was able to go nation-wide in the larger urban areas of the United States like New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles?
