Nikki Minaj is a fantastic and great rapper but, before her there was Lil Kim. I really don’t understand the reasons for the debate. Lil Kim was a trailblazer and Nikki Minaj is following in her trail. Lil Kim is the sensei and Nikki is the apprentice. There’s nothing wrong with that. When Nikki goes multi-platinum multiple times for her own solo CD’s (I’m still waiting pensively for the first) maybe the debate can be revisited. But for now Lil Kim is still the sensei.
