This is an excellent and informative op-ed by former President Bill Clinton and the Haitian prime Minister, Jean-Max Bellerive. The reconstruction of Haiti will take time, however the money must flow for the reconstruction to take place. The red tape must be cut and the needs of the people must take the highest priority.
