I was born & raised in New York. I lived in the neighborhood that this article talks about, in fact I was robbed twice in the neighborhood. It has never been the “Garden of Eden” however, there has to be a better tactic than, “Stop, Question, Frisk”. This reeks of violating a person’s civil rights and illegal profiling.
