Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Gordon Brown gave this speech in Kampala, Uganda. Mr. Brown is definitely not Winston Churchill, but  this is a poignant speech, nonetheless. Most people consider China a potential global powerhouse, however I submit and agree with Mr. Brown that same can be said for the African continent. This can in the end be an African century.
