This is not a surprise at all. The initiatives discussed is a good first step but, Where is the parental responsibility? Parents have a role in the behavior of their children because, children tend to act in the ways that is provided as an example. They behave as their role models do. A parent need to, in some respects change their own behavior and language in front of their kids, especially the younger ones. In addition, what ever happened to telling a child to go to their room and play when there were adults were in the home? My parents did that with me so I was not a witness to their behavior and language while they played dominoes or cards.
