It’s not fair and another form of discrimination. This is a behavioral problem that needs to be addressed from an educational and training standpoint because it is such an imperceptible form of discrimination. No one should be discriminated against based on their attractiveness or unattractiveness it should be based only on qualifications and performance only. Am I wishing for too much?
