It is a fact that the economic crisis has hit minority families the hardest. We want a part of the American dream and that would be home ownership. Banks being unethical, immoral, and irresponsible created insolvent loan vehicles that in some respects unfairly targeted persons who just wanted a piece of the dream. When the Wall Street domino fell it accelerated an already dicey economic situation and plunged it to the brink of collapse. That will not change overnight. It took eight years to create and may take just as long to correct.
