I am not nor will I be a proponent of outsourcing. I know too many people whose jobs have gone overseas. I think American companies who make a regular practice of outsourcing jobs to foreign countries should be penalized. Companies should be fined for the practice, not receiving tax breaks. The GOP strikes again! 😦
