This is completely unacceptable. A certain political party talks about streamlining government. Yet, according to this article one of their own Sen. Tom Coburn is aiding the hold up by injecting an additional $1 million expense for an “independent” administrator to develop strategy and their staff for five years. What? That is ludicrous. Disbursement of the monies should be through established processes; the USAID and its staff. The party of “NO” are accessories to murder.
