Bill Quigley writes a piece that provides us all with a picture of what the situation on the ground is and just how much aid to Haiti is needed. My position on this is and has been crystal clear, the people of Haiti needs ALL the help the world has pledged.  The world however is following the USA’s example. Sen. Tom Coburn (R-Oklahoma) M.D. is the legislator that has effectively blocked the release of American aid funds for “further investigation.” Sen. Coburn has ignored and broken the  Hippocratic Oath he took to become a doctor. More than most he knows the dangers of disease that the people of Haiti is encountering. Mr. Coburn  is an accessory to murder.
