Janell Ross provides us with a stark, bleak picture of African-American employment in America. This illustrates and confirm my contention that the government needs to take action on this problem immediately. Why? If we are able to find good paying jobs, then the rest of the nation will be able to also.  If Black America is doing well and thriving, then all the nation is doing exponentially better.
