Nice….

It can’t be easy being a handsome state senator’s wife.
You’ve seen what happens to those who reach even higher office and you count the number of wives some of them have had.
The mathematical odds don’t look so good.
So please offer an ululation of support for Heather McGill, wife of Alabama state Sen. Shadrack McGill, who has decided to get her retaliation in first.
Tired of predatory women’s carnal desires directed at her husband, she has taken to Facebook to tell them that she’s ready to shame them into oblivion.
As if shame will somehow turn predatory women away.
As ABC News reports, Heather McGill pounced on her husband’s Facebook page with words that would not seem out of place in “Game Of Thrones.”
She wrote: “I am very blessed to be the wife of a God fearing, hard working, ministry minded, loving father and husband and it is not just my right but my duty to lovingly serve him by protecting him! I have been silent for long enough!! NO MORE!”
I know I speak for many men who just wish there were righteous women to protect us from other women who are so much less righteous.

The FCC will vote later this month on new rules that clarify how carriers can use their customers call data and to ensure the the data is better protected.
The Telecommunications Act of 1996 gives the FCC authority over how customer proprietary network information (CPNI) can be used by telecom carriers. The new CPNI rules would clarify when carriers need a customer’s consent to use the data, and also direct the carriers on how they can protect the data from falling into the wrong hands. The FCC is expected to vote on the ruling at its June 27 meeting.
Under the ruling, it will be made clear that under existing law, when a carrier stores sensitive customer information from voice calls, it must protect that information and may use or disclose it only as permitted by the Commission’s CPNI rules. The ruling only applies to carriers and only concerns call data such as the number called, the length of the call, and where a user was when on the call.
The ruling will also clarify that a carrier may collect this information but must take “reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure” of it. When carriers collect such information about customers’ use of their devices using preinstalled apps, the ruling will make clear that they are required to protect that information. Carriers would need consent before transferring customer data to a third party.

That was fast: Michelle Fairley has booked her TV return.
The Game of Thrones actress has been snatched up by USA Network’s legal dramedy Suits for a recurring role in season three.
She’ll play Ava Hessington, a British entrepreneur who runs a successful international oil company. Faced with a lawsuit that may cost her the family business, she puts her trust in Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) to fight the charges against her.
Fairley will make her Suits debut in the season premiere on July 16. And she’s not the only Game of Thrones actor on the show next season – Conleth Hill (Varys) will make a return appearance on the series in his guest star role as British firm head Edward Darby.

Picture-perfect locale? Check. Beautiful people who happen to solve crimes? Check. At first glance, USA’s new series Graceland seems perfectly in step with the rest of the cable network’s famous “blue sky” brand.
But it only takes the first five minutes of the pilot for the drug needles to come out, for a man to get shot, and for viewers to realize that the forecast isn’t as sunny as it seems. “It’s a little more partly cloudy with a chance of rain kind of thing,” star Daniel Sunjata tells TVGuide.com with a laugh.
Indeed, Graceland is a step in a new direction for the network. Premiering on Thursday at 10/9c, the series is based on true events about a beachfront property seized by the government, aka Graceland, and used as an undercover residence for FBI, DEA and Customs agents.
Long before the show’s creator and executive producer Jeff Eastin brought master criminal Neal Caffrey and FBI agent Peter Burke to life on White Collar, he came up with the idea for Graceland after meeting with an agent who had been in charge of one of these undercover houses. “He introduced me to some of the real guys in the house. I talked to some of them and you start realizing, these are really interesting characters,” Eastin says. “The lives they lead are fascinating.”

Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) has inserted code into its iOS operating system that limits the maximum data speeds iPhone and iPad customers can achieve on the networks of Verizon Wireless (NYSE:VZ), AT&T Mobility (NYSE:T) and Sprint Nextel (NYSE:S), according to an iOS developer. It does not appear that the code is affecting iPhones that work on T-Mobile US (NYSE:TMUS), which just started offering the iPhone in April.
The report, from iOS developer Joseph Brown, operator of the website iTweakiOS, said that the code limits the iPhone 5 on AT&T to much slower speeds than the device is capable of producing. However, Brown’s post about the data throttling is no longer available online.
Brown told FierceWireless he removed the post after receiving a large number of negative comments and warnings from those in the iOS jailbreaking community that he might face potentail legal action from Apple and the carriers. However, he said he stands behind his claims.
According to AppleInsider, Brown wrote that he discovered code that indicates that AT&T’s iPhone 5 was limited to HSDPA “Category 10,” which tops out at a theoretical peak speeds of 14.4 Mbps. AT&T’s HSPA+ network is capable or reaching theoretical speeds of 21 Mbps and its LTE network is capable of reaching speeds even beyond that. According to CNET, Brown wrote that he found code that limited speeds on Verizon’s LTE network and Sprint’s EV-DO network. He also suggested that the carriers may have asked Apple to insert the code.
“From previous statements released by AT&T and many tech orginizations [sic], iPhones are very complex devices with a very complex OS,” Brown wrote in his report. “The OS eats much more data, even when in idle mode, than most phones on the market. So by carrier request, Apple limits devices to ‘even out’ the network, even if it means Galaxy users out perform Apple devices by such large scales.”

Oh for real? Donald Trump is not holding back.
Today, the Donald took to Twitter to express his views on crime in major cities and how it is directly related to African Americans and Latino-Americans. His goal seems to be that he wanted to to put political correctness aside and tell the truth…. whatever truth that is.
