It is beyond brutal physically, mentally, and financially to be unemployed. The person who completed over 1200 applications deserve a break, she has more than earned an opportunity to work. The United States must address its debt situation but, to do it on the backs of the unemployed, poor, infirmed, the elderly and all other marginalized group is not morally right. There are hard decisions that must be made, let’s make sure our legislators do not do it at the expense of the have-nots.
