We all are responsible for the death of Aiyana Jones. We need to think more about our actions. We need to be held accountable for our communities. What happened with Aiyana should not happen to any child. As I have said before the officers involved, the commanders, and the police chief in Detroit all need to resign and possibly see some of the persons they incarcerated on a more permanent basis. This is a national tragedy and a tragedy of humanity.
