This past Friday would’ve been Don Cornelius’ 77th birthday. He was a pioneer, a trailblazer at a time of turmoil in the USA. Soul Train was a Saturday staple the must watch family show of the week. Soul Train was where you got all the fashion and dance information you needed. Mr. Cornelius is gone but will not be forgotten by the generations of kids and young adults who watched, laughed, and danced every Saturday.
