George Zimmerman’s Father Says The ‘True Racists’ Are African-American
By Judd Legum
As the murder trial for George Zimmerman begins, his father has released an emotional and highly unusual e-book, publicly opining on all aspects of the case. The book by Robert Zimmerman Sr., called “Florida v. Zimmerman: Uncovering the Malicious Prosecution of my Son, George” was released today on Amazon for $3.99.
The most striking chapter is called “Who Are The True Racists,” an apparent effort to rebut claims that his son’s actions were racially motivated.
Previously, Zimmerman Sr. “believed generally racism was a thing of the past.” He says that, personally, he hadn’t encountered much racism, even though his wife is Hispanic. But after his son shot and killed Trayvon Martin, however, Zimmerman learned that racism is “flourishing at the insistence of some in the African American Community.” He then goes on to list various black leaders and organizations that he believes are racist:
Congressional Black Caucus. “[A] pathetic, self-serving group of racists… advancing their purely racist agenda.” He later adds that “all members of Congress should be ashamed of the Congressional Black Caucus, as should be their constituents.” And finally: “They are truly a disgrace to all Americans.”
The NAACP. “[S]imply promotes racism and hatred for their own, primarily finical, interests” and “without prejudice and racial divide, the NAACP would simply cease to exist.”
NAACP President Benjamin Jealous. “[W]hat I would expect of a racist.”
Trayvon Martin’s funeral director. A “racial activist and former head of the local NAACP.”
Benjamin Crump, Natialie Jackson and Darrly Parks, attorneys for Travyon Martin’s family. “The scheme team.”
The National Basketball Players Association.
Black Chamber of Commerce.
National Association of Black Law Enforcement Officers.
National Black United Fund.
United Negro College Fund.
While stopping short of explicitly calling President Obama a racist, Zimmerman Sr. does say that Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder have “shamelessly” sought to exploit his son’s case “to obtain great advantage in the African-American community.”
Zimmerman Sr. says that because of Holder’s decision to investigate whether Trayvon Martin’s death violated federal civil rights laws, the FBI did not have “adequate resources to investigate clearly identified potential terrorist [sic] in the Boston area.” Now, “tragically, we have suffered the consequences of Mr. Holder’s politically motivated decisions.”

***Read thru the comments people have posted on Amazon about the book. It is tragic how many people agree with Zimmerman Sr. views. It is no surprise that Zimmerman Jr. committed the heinous act he did because the roots of racism was planted by the father in his son. A FATHER’S BELIEFS AND EXAMPLE POSITIVELY OR NOT DIRECTLY INFLUENCES THEIR CHILDREN AND THEIR FUTURE! ~ SB***

Giants finally get WR Victor Cruz under contract
By Mike Garafolo
In three days, the New York Giants could have reduced the restricted free agent tender offer they extended to Victor Cruz from $2.879 million to $630,000.
But Cruz took the necessary step to prevent that by signing his tender Friday, a person informed of the transaction told USA TODAY Sports. The person, who requested anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to speak on behalf of Cruz, said the sides are continuing to work on a long-term deal but are no closer than they’ve been in recent weeks.
Cruz told ESPN he and the Giants will “continue talks for a long-term deal before camp starts.”
Signing the tender means Cruz is required to report to training camp next month or he’ll risk being fined $30,000 for each day he misses. That’s the trade-off for locking in his current salary of nearly $3 million for next season, a figure he obviously doesn’t want as his going rate come Week 1.
But after missing all of the team’s spring sessions (offseason workouts, organized team activities and minicamp), Cruz has at least put himself on the required-attendee list this summer, which is somewhat of a positive sign.

Miley Cyrus Asked For A ‘Black’ Sound For Single, Says Songwriters Rock City
By Adelle Platon
Consider songwriting brothers Theron and Thomas the Jay-Z’s of penning hits. They don’t write anything down and are able to scribe an entire chart-topper before you can even say “Pour it up” (which they wrote for Rihanna, by the way).
Nevertheless, they’ve taken on stars from nearly every genre of music, including Akon, Jennifer Hudson, Ashlee Simpson and Gwen Stefani. Their most recent project has been breaking actress/singer Miley Cyrus out of her bubblegum Disney shell and into the spunky young woman she has always been. For her forthcoming album, the Thomases crafted the catchy Mike WiLL Made It-produced party bumper “We Can’t Stop” and revealed that the mohawked songbird was particular about the sound she was aiming for.
“When you listen to the Miley Cyrus record that we did, it’s not ratchet but it definitely has a lot of urban feel to it,” Timothy said. “She was like, ‘I want urban, I just want something that just feels Black.’”
Some say that Miley has blurred the pop color lines, showing up at Juicy J shows unannounced and twerking what her momma gave her. Even Snoop Lion and French Montana adore her.
Still, the starlet formerly known as Hannah Montana took on the record after Rihanna passed and embraced the gifted brothers for turning a scene from her real life into a lyrical miracle.
