I’m loving this!! Here’s Celia with India…
Some of you may not know but my Daddy’s hispanic. I was born in New York and grew up in the Bronx, so I am definitely a personal United Nations culturally. Tito & Celia I grew up listening to. From my Dad to the bodega down the street, to the gypsy cabs trolling the block all I remember is salsa and merengue/bachata. This is classic…
I agree with Jason Linkins. Glenn Beck lacks moral consistency. Children from any public figure should be excluded from any public discussion. His little skit is an example of the irresponsibility and lack of objectivity the press is “supposed” to be obligated by. I do not have an affinity for Glen Beck. In good conscience I will not ever endorse or support an unethical racist person. So what he has apologized! As a media personality he needed to control the damage before this situation spun out of control. The comments made by him and his radio show co-host, Pat Gray should not have been made in the first place.
Excellent commentary from John Telford. Very valid point in comparing Sirhan Sirhan and Thomas Hagan.
This is George Carlin’s routine, 7 words you can’t say on television. At the time he performed this routine the words were prohibited on radio and television. The words were bleeped out. This routine led to a Supreme Court decision that outlines how far the government could regulate speech over media in the United States. How many of the words can you actually get away with today on television or radio?
Here’s Sommore serving it up. She is a riot!!!
I’m sorry, I still think Crystal Bowersox should have won. Well, she’s season 9’s version of Daughtry, enough on that. This is why you wanted to watch, Janet Jackson performed. She’s hot. The hair, the body, she’s banging!! Take moment to check out Ms. Jackson.
So is this why some of the women I have dated turned out to be so crazy? Two of them did tell me they had “problems” when they were growing up. Interesting topic.

It’s not a secret that I hate driving. Being from New York has gifted me with an affinity for public transportation, except for Kansas City public transportation or the lack of. Since I have to drive everywhere I need to go I thought I would share my peeves. Here are 10 things I hate about driving:
1) Please don’t sit and drive in my blind spot. You make me nervous.
2) Don’t leave your turn signal on forever on the highway. I wanna pass you!
3) Don’t drive 40 mph in the fast lane. Save that for the slow lane. Move outta my way!!
4) I know you have that big truck or SUV but do you HAVE to tailgate me? I may have to stop suddenly. Hope you have insurance!
5) The posted speed limit is 70. I am doing 80, why are you passing me?
6) Red lights are meant to slowly come to a full stop. Not hit the brakes hard within 5 ft of the stop line. Likewise, yellow means to yield (lemme in fool!!!) or slow down.
7) Please hold your lane. Get off the phone or pull over and whup those kids a$$$.
8) Please get that muffler fixed. I can feel the cancer cells breathing your exhaust while driving behind you.
9) When it’s raining, snowing, foggy, or the sun has set. Turn on those damn headlights! I wear glasses I wanna be able to see you for real.
10) If its been raining hard for a time, please slow down! I know I will. I would like to arrive alive instead of wrecking with your crazy a$$$ going 10 miles above the speed limit.
This has been a public service announcement if you are a victim of my road rage.
