This is good advice for all of us. I have always kept my circle extremely small with supportive persons. They are my team. I do maintain a rigorous criteria for entering my circle of friends; my team. I think that the one thing this video does not address is that to prune the circle and “toss out” people you must first have rules of membership in joining the circle and causes, not reasons why those persons are “getting cut.”
