Hmmmm….interesting. I understand the need for expanded surveillance in this day due to internal and external threats to our national security. Yet, somehow the fact that only a signature by a FBI field agent in charge to get records from communication companies gives me pause. Where is the check and balance? Where is the accountability and oversight?
