There’s so many challenges to finding a job. Interview bias, background & credit checks, setting job qualifications so high for positions that neither compensate adequately for the qualifications and would only attract the most desperate job hunter and the list goes on and on. Poaching persons who are already employed to the exclusion of anyone who is not is immoral and unethical. I agree it needs to made be unlawful.
